Your details

In using this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 

Please ensure that the details you provide us with when registering are correct and complete. If any of your personal details change after ordering products, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Maven Training as soon as possible.

Any orders for purchases made through the website will be in contract with Maven Training Limited, Registered Office: 129 Teddington High St, Teddington, TW11 8HJ Registered Number: 4307667

Maven Training must receive full payment of the price, including postage and packing costs, for the items ordered before the goods can be sent. Once payment has been received, Maven Training will confirm by email that your order has been received. This email will be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed. The shipment email will include your order number and the total price.

Maven Training reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Availability of stock

If items are unavailable at the time of ordering, Maven Training will notify you as soon as possible and advise of supply and delivery times. If the item becomes permanently unavailable, Maven Training will notify you and any sum debited for the order will be re-credited to your account

Returns

If you are unhappy with any of the items you purchase, goods may be returned in their original packaged condition (with any seals or wrapping intact) within 14 working days of delivery and a full refund will be provided. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.

When we receive your returned item we will process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Items to be returned must be sent back securely wrapped, with contact details, invoice number and the reason for return. Please return the package to:
